The ideology of AISSMS Institute of Management gives utmost importance to crafting professionals and leaders of the future.
We believe that students must be given a platform to learn through experience in order to create a wholesome personality in them. In order to bring out the best in the students, we must expose them to various situations that challenge their intellect and helps them to grow.
To give the students a wholesome experience of working and managing events and situation as a team as well as individuals, numerous events are organized in AISSMS Institute of Management. It ensures that all students get enough opportunities to implement what they have learned and grow through experience.
Learning by Doing
We believe that the best way for the student to learn the different skills required in managerial positions, such as communication, leadership and resource management, are best learned through practical exposure more than theoretical sessions.
Numerous cultural sports and academic activities are carried at AISSMS IOM annually as well as in each semester to help the student gain the maximum practical exposure and make learning an interactive process.
Some of the activities that are introduced with regular curriculum includes:

- Skits
- Ppt Presentations
- Chart paper Presentation
- Group Discussions
- Debates; and much more
Apart from numerous other activities, workshop and programs are conducted at AISSMS IOM on a regular basis to connect the students to the current market trends.
Academic activities such as industrial visits, practical workshops, and seminars by experts are also conducted to give the students the best quality education.
To ensure that the students build a wholesome personality, social activities, and volunteering camp are also chalked out for the students to build a sense of community.
