The Induction Program for batch 2017-19 was organized on Tuesday, 22nd August, 2017 with the aim to acquaint the new students about the Institute. The function started with lamp lighting ceremony and felicitation of Guests. The Guest Speakers were Dr George Judah, Dean D.Y Patil Institute of Management and Mr Prasad Mahale, Vice- President, Sales and Marketing, Indian Card Clothing Co. Ltd. The Honorary Secretary AISSMS Shri Malojiraje Chhatrapati also graced the occasion by his presence. Shri Suresh Shinde, Honorary Joint Secretary AISSMS was also present for the function. Dr Sanjay Patankar, Officiating Director of the Institute delivered the welcome note, he emphasized on discipline and academic aspects related to MBA Course. This was followed by Institute’s Presentation made by in-house faculty Dr Sonal Mahajan. She briefed the students about code of conduct, attendance policy, anti-ragging and various statutory committees and college happenings etc. Prof. Mayur Pundhe, Training and Placement Co-ordinator briefed about the Placements details and various activities undertaken by Training and Placements Cell.
Shri Suresh Shinde, Honorary Joint Secretary AISSMS motivated the students through his speech highlighting the various means to achieve excellence. Dr George Judah emphasized on personality development aspects, values and ethics. Mr Prasad Mahale shared his corporate experience and guided the students on how to strive for best corporate fitment. This was followed by the Speech given by Mr Yashwant Gosavi. He gave a motivational speech emphasizing on learning derived from the life of Shivaji Maharaj.
The post lunch session was marked as Alumni Interaction. The college Alumni Ms Sonam Chadha, Enterpreneur and Mr Amit Eleswarupu CXO for Psynyde bikes were present to share their experience with the new batch. Ms Sonam highlighted on Do’s and Don’ts of MBA and Mr Amit emphazied on the importance of Academics and beyond in the perfect proportion.

Successful. The formal program ended with the National Anthem.
The Management games were conducted in the last session which was thoroughly enjoyed by the students.
