The Institute was delighted to give a warm welcome to Mr Tomio Isogai,Managing Director ,Sharp India Ltd. and Ms Kazuko Barisic. The event was hosted under the Cross- Cultural Initiative.
Ms Kazuko Barisic talked about the Japanese culture. She highlighted on the value system followed in Japanese culture.
Mr Tomio Isogai, Managing Director, Sharp India Ltd. presented his thoughts through the impactful presentation. He compared the work culture of two countries and highlighted on strengthening the bond. He gave a deeper insight to students for goal setting and emphasized on Japanese techniques likes Kaizen, TQM etc.
He said Japan’s value system along with Indian Jugaad can provide a win-win situation in this dynamic world.
The students interacted with them through Question Answer session. Mr Tomio isogai found our students very interactive and promised them that he will be back to talk to them again. The students gave a good feedback for the session.
