The speaker for the program was Dr. Poornima Tapas, she discussed on stress management with throwing light on topics like stress triggers, causes of stress, myths about stress which create stress in the individual. Speaker also gave some inputs like how to reduce stress by relaxation, time management, good thoughts about for our self, how to follow good habits of eating. They also introduced spirituality for self development, positive thinking and faith to work. These learning definitely helped our students to overcome their stress and issues.
