The senior students welcomed the newcomers of the college by organizing a Fresher’s party on 30th Sept 2016. The theme of the party was “Caribbean Nights”
It was a fun filled event at which the fresher’s got an opportunity not only to showcase their talents and but also to interact with the seniors. The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mrs. RajeshwariYadav, Basket ball National player, who praised the students in her motivating speech. Dr. Sanjay Patankar, the Director of the institute, in his speech appreciated the student’s efforts and excellent team work..
After initial rounds of exemplary performances comprising of Artistic Introduction round, Talent Round, Ramp Walk, Question answer rounds, the Mr & Ms Fresher were finalized. The title of Miss Fresher’s was bagged by Miss. Shruti Bhole and Mr. Fresher’s by the Mr. Abhishek Shinde.
The ill effects of excessive use of social media, selfie and use of cell phone while driving were enacted by the students to create social awareness.
With pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot tapping music, the students took to the dance floor. Finally the program ended with a sumptuous dinner.
